Direct-acting antiviral used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to simeprevir or use with certain strongly interacting medicines.

Photosensitivity, rash, nausea, fatigue, and headache may occur.

Monitor for hepatic adverse effects and photosensitivity reactions.

NS3/4A protease inhibitor that blocks hepatitis C viral replication.

Store at room temperature.
