Uses

Hypertonic nasal spray used to relieve nasal congestion, cleanse and moisturize nasal passages, and facilitate drainage of nasal secretions. Indicated for rhinitis, sinusitis, and nasal congestion in adults and children.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to any component. Use with caution in patients with nasal mucosal injuries or post-nasal surgery until healing is complete.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. May cause transient nasal burning or stinging upon application. Rare local irritation or dryness may occur with frequent use.

Warnings

For nasal use only. Do not inject or swallow. Consult a physician before use in young infants. Avoid prolonged use without medical advice.

How it works

The hypertonic saline solution creates an osmotic gradient that draws fluid from swollen nasal mucosa, reducing congestion. Allantoin promotes epithelial healing and regeneration. Panthenol moisturizes and soothes the nasal mucosa, reducing irritation.

Storage

Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within the period stated on the packaging.
