Uses

Used for allergic reactions, motion sickness, nausea, and as a sedating antihistamine.

Do not use if

Use in neonates, premature infants, nursing mothers, or patients with hypersensitivity.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, and impaired coordination may occur.

Use cautiously in glaucoma, urinary retention, and elderly patients due to sedation and anticholinergic effects.

First-generation H1-antihistamine with anticholinergic and sedative properties.

Store at 20–25°C and protect from light.
