Uses

Topical antibiotic combination used to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and certain superficial bacterial infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to neomycin, polymyxin, or formulation components.

Local irritation, rash, itching, or allergic reactions may occur.

For external use only. Avoid prolonged use and discontinue if allergic reactions develop.

Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, while polymyxin disrupts bacterial cell membranes.

Store at room temperature.
