Uses
A nutritional supplement combining omega fatty acids with B-complex vitamins (B1, B6, B12) used to support cardiovascular health, neurological function, and to address deficiencies of these essential nutrients.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to fish or fish-derived products if omega-3 is fish-sourced. Use with caution in patients on anticoagulant therapy as omega-3 may potentiate anticoagulant effects.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. Omega fatty acids may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort or fishy aftertaste at higher doses. High doses of vitamin B6 with prolonged use may cause peripheral neuropathy.

How it works
