Used in the management of gout and conditions associated with elevated uric acid levels.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe renal or hepatic impairment, serious blood disorders, and hypersensitivity to colchicine.

May cause diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, or hypersensitivity reactions.

Colchicine has a narrow therapeutic index. Avoid overdose and monitor for toxicity.

Colchicine reduces inflammatory responses associated with urate crystals, while other components may support urinary tract function.

Store at room temperature away from moisture.
