Used for treatment of hypertension, particularly when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with a single agent.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to components or sulfonamide-derived drugs, and with aliskiren in diabetic patients.

Dizziness, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, hypotension, and electrolyte disturbances may occur.

Can cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and electrolytes.

Combines an angiotensin II receptor blocker with a thiazide diuretic for additive blood pressure reduction.

Store at room temperature.
