Used to improve walking distance and reduce symptoms of intermittent claudication in peripheral arterial disease.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with heart failure of any severity and in those with hypersensitivity to cilostazol.

Headache, palpitations, diarrhea, dizziness, tachycardia, and peripheral edema may occur.

Contraindicated in heart failure because drugs with similar effects have been associated with increased mortality.

Phosphodiesterase III inhibitor that inhibits platelet aggregation and causes vasodilation.

Store at 20–25°C.
