Used in treatment and prevention of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in women and men.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity, concomitant coumarin anticoagulant use in some settings, or history of major thromboembolic disease in risk-reduction use.

Hot flashes, nausea, vaginal symptoms, and increased risk of thromboembolic events may occur.

Associated with risk of uterine malignancies, stroke, pulmonary embolism, and venous thrombosis.

Selective estrogen receptor modulator that blocks estrogen effects in breast tissue.
