Uses

Topical combination used for skin brightening and hyperpigmentation. Tranexamic acid inhibits melanin synthesis, hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration, and ceramides restore the skin barrier.

Do not use if

Avoid on broken or inflamed skin. Discontinue if significant irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated topically. Occasional mild irritation, redness, or dryness may occur, especially in sensitive skin.

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. Perform a patch test before widespread use, particularly in sensitive individuals. Not for internal use.

How it works

Tranexamic acid reduces melanin production by inhibiting plasminogen activator in keratinocytes, decreasing prostaglandin synthesis, and UV-induced pigmentation. Hyaluronic acid is a natural glycosaminoglycan that retains water in skin layers. Ceramides are lipid molecules essential for maintaining the epidermal barrier.
