Uses

Used to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to granisetron or formulation components.

Headache, constipation, weakness, insomnia, and QT prolongation may occur.

Monitor for serotonin syndrome when combined with serotonergic medications.

Selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist that blocks serotonin-mediated nausea and vomiting pathways.

Store at 20–25°C.
