Uses

Used to control and prevent bleeding episodes in patients with specific coagulation disorders including hemophilia with inhibitors.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to factor VII preparations or product components.

Headache, fever, injection-site reactions, and thromboembolic events may occur.

Use cautiously in patients at risk of thrombosis. Clinical monitoring is required.

Recombinant factor VII promotes coagulation by activating the clotting cascade and enhancing thrombin generation.

Store according to manufacturer instructions, usually refrigerated.
