Used for treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients aged one month and older.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to brivaracetam or formulation components.

Common effects include somnolence, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, and behavioral changes.

Monitor for suicidal thoughts, psychiatric symptoms, and excessive sedation.

Binds selectively to synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A), helping reduce seizure activity.

Store at 25°C and do not freeze oral solution formulations.
