Relief of cough and upper respiratory symptoms including nasal congestion associated with colds or allergies.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, MAOI therapy, or use in newborns.

Dry mouth, dizziness, sedation, nervousness, or palpitations may occur.

May affect alertness and should be used cautiously in children.

Dextromethorphan suppresses cough while pseudoephedrine relieves nasal congestion.
