Uses

Used for bacterial ear infections including acute otitis externa and certain middle ear infections.

Do not use if

Viral or fungal ear infections, hypersensitivity to quinolones, dexamethasone, or formulation components.

Ear discomfort, ear pain, itching, irritation, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Discontinue if hypersensitivity occurs. Prolonged use may promote fungal or resistant bacterial overgrowth.

Combines a fluoroquinolone antibiotic with a corticosteroid to treat infection and reduce inflammation.

Store according to product labeling and protect from excessive heat.
