Androgen replacement therapy for male hypogonadism and testosterone deficiency.

Do not use if

Prostate cancer, male breast cancer, pregnancy, or hypersensitivity.

Acne, edema, mood changes, polycythemia, and injection-site reactions may occur.

Monitor hematocrit, prostate health, and cardiovascular risk.

Provides exogenous testosterone with short- and long-acting ester components.

Store at room temperature.
