Used for RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer and RET-altered thyroid cancers requiring systemic treatment in eligible patients.

Do not use if

No specific contraindications are listed in the labeling, but use requires careful specialist assessment.

Common adverse effects include elevated liver enzymes, hypertension, diarrhea, fatigue, dry mouth, edema, and QT prolongation.

Monitor liver function, blood pressure, cardiac rhythm, and pulmonary symptoms. Serious adverse reactions may occur.

A selective kinase inhibitor that targets RET signaling pathways involved in tumor growth and survival.

Store at 20–25°C with permitted excursions according to labeling.
