Uses

Relief of cough, cold symptoms, fever, and minor aches associated with upper respiratory tract infections.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to any component. Avoid in severe liver disease or conditions where sedating antihistamines are contraindicated.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, and stomach discomfort may occur.

May impair alertness. Avoid exceeding recommended paracetamol intake and use caution with alcohol.

Guaifenesin promotes mucus clearance, oxomemazine provides antihistaminic and antitussive effects, and paracetamol reduces pain and fever.

Store at room temperature away from heat, moisture, and direct light.
