Uses

Used for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, certain forms of asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and other type 2 inflammatory diseases.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dupilumab or its excipients.

Side effects

May cause injection-site reactions, conjunctivitis, keratitis, arthralgia, and hypersensitivity reactions.

Warnings

Serious hypersensitivity reactions can occur. Monitor for ocular complications and parasitic infections.
