Uses

Used for short-term treatment of acute decompensated severe heart failure when additional inotropic support is required.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe hypotension, significant tachycardia, or hypersensitivity to the drug.

May cause hypotension, headache, dizziness, tachycardia, arrhythmias, or nausea.

Requires careful hemodynamic monitoring due to risks of hypotension and arrhythmias.

A calcium sensitizer and inodilator that enhances cardiac contractility and promotes vasodilation.

Store according to product-specific storage requirements and protect from light when applicable.
