Uses
Treatment of thrombocythemia associated with myeloproliferative neoplasms to reduce elevated platelet counts.
Do not use if
No absolute contraindications established; hypersensitivity should be avoided.
Side effects
Headache, palpitations, diarrhea, edema.
Warnings
May cause cardiovascular toxicity, QT prolongation and pulmonary hypertension.
