Uses

Used for rheumatoid arthritis, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and prevention of acute graft-versus-host disease in eligible patients.

Do not use if

Side effects

Common adverse effects include infections, headache, nausea, infusion reactions, and hypersensitivity reactions.

Warnings

Serious infections and hypersensitivity reactions may occur. Concomitant use with certain biologic therapies may increase infection risk.
