How it works
Icosapent ethyl is a highly purified EPA ethyl ester that reduces hepatic VLDL-TG synthesis and secretion, enhances triglyceride clearance, and inhibits key enzymes in lipogenesis including acyl-CoA:diacylglycerol acyltransferase.
