Do not use if

May cause drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, palpitations, nervousness, or insomnia.

Use cautiously in hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, and prostatic enlargement.

Combines an antihistamine with a sympathomimetic agent to reduce allergy symptoms and support nasal airflow.
