Used for the treatment of schizophrenia.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in comatose states, severe CNS depression, and hypersensitivity to dibenzoxazepines.

May cause drowsiness, sedation, dizziness, dry mouth, and extrapyramidal symptoms.

Elderly patients with dementia-related psychosis have an increased risk of death when treated with antipsychotics.

An antipsychotic that acts primarily through dopamine receptor antagonism.

Store at room temperature away from moisture.
