Uses

Used as monotherapy for adults with mild to moderate type 1 Gaucher disease when enzyme replacement therapy is not suitable.

Do not use if

No specific contraindications established; avoid use in patients with hypersensitivity to the product.

Diarrhea, weight loss, tremor, peripheral neuropathy, and reduced platelet counts may occur.

Neurological evaluation and monitoring for tremor, neuropathy, diarrhea, and weight loss are recommended.

Inhibits glucosylceramide synthase and reduces glycosphingolipid production.

Store at room temperature in the original container.
