Used for treatment of hypertension and reduction of cardiovascular risk through blood pressure control.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to sulfonamide-derived drugs, or component hypersensitivity.

Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, and electrolyte disturbances may occur.

Can cause fetal toxicity; discontinue during pregnancy. Monitor kidney function and electrolytes.

Combines an angiotensin II receptor blocker with a thiazide diuretic to lower blood pressure.

Store at room temperature in original packaging.
