Uses

Used as a mucolytic and bronchodilator adjunct in productive cough associated with respiratory tract disorders.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to bromhexine, xanthine derivatives, or any component.

Nausea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, or palpitations may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with cardiac disease, peptic ulcer, or severe asthma.

Bromhexine reduces mucus viscosity, while acefylline piperazine may help improve airway patency.

Store below 30°C and protect from light.
