Uses

Used for treatment of scabies and certain lice infestations.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to permethrin, pyrethroids, or pyrethrins.

May cause mild burning, stinging, itching, redness, tingling, or rash.

Discontinue use if hypersensitivity develops. For external use only.

Permethrin disrupts sodium channel function in parasite nerve cells, causing paralysis and death.

Store at room temperature.
