Uses

A combined mineral and vitamin supplement indicated for the prevention and treatment of deficiencies in calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and zinc. Supports bone health, immune function, and muscle performance.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, severe renal failure, and known hypersensitivity to any component. Use with caution in patients with hypermagnesemia.

Side effects

May cause gastrointestinal upset, constipation, nausea, and diarrhea. Excessive calcium can lead to hypercalcemia, and excess magnesium may cause diarrhea and hypotension.

Warnings

Avoid concurrent use with other calcium or mineral supplements without medical advice. Monitor renal function in elderly patients. Space administration from certain antibiotics (fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines) by at least 2 hours to prevent reduced absorption.

How it works

Calcium and magnesium are essential minerals for bone mineralization, enzyme function, and neuromuscular activity. Vitamin D3 enhances intestinal calcium and phosphate absorption. Zinc is a trace element necessary for immune function, wound healing, and enzyme activity.
