Uses
A multivitamin and mineral supplement providing B-complex vitamins, folic acid, vitamins A and D (from halibut liver oil), vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, and zinc. Used to supplement dietary deficiencies and support general nutritional health.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any component. Iron-containing products are contraindicated in haemochromatosis or other iron overload disorders.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. High doses of iron may cause gastrointestinal upset, constipation, or dark stools. Excessive zinc intake may cause nausea. Individual hypersensitivity to any component is possible.
Warnings
