Uses
Used for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, atopic dermatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and other approved inflammatory disorders.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to upadacitinib or its excipients.
Side effects
May cause upper respiratory infections, acne, nausea, elevated liver enzymes, and increased lipid levels.
Warnings
Associated with serious infections, malignancy, cardiovascular events, and thrombosis. Careful monitoring is required.
