Uses

Used for relief of moderate to severe pain and fever when other treatments are unsuitable.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to metamizole, pyrazolone derivatives, or history of blood dyscrasias related to these drugs.

May cause hypotension, nausea, allergic reactions, and rarely agranulocytosis or severe blood disorders.

Rare but serious agranulocytosis can occur; discontinue if signs of infection or blood disorders appear.

Metamizole is an analgesic and antipyretic with additional antispasmodic properties.

Store at room temperature away from moisture.
