Uses
Used for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis and selected cases of Crohn's disease.
Do not use if
Current or previous progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy or hypersensitivity to natalizumab.
Side effects
Hypersensitivity reactions, infections, liver injury, and serious neurological complications may occur.
Warnings
Associated with risk of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, a potentially fatal brain infection.
