Uses

Multivitamin and multimineral supplement used to prevent and treat deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, boron, and vitamin D3. Supports bone mineral density, immune function, and antioxidant defense.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, nephrolithiasis associated with calcium, or known hypersensitivity to any component. Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. Gastrointestinal upset such as constipation, nausea, or abdominal discomfort may occur. Excessive calcium or magnesium intake can cause diarrhea. Copper and selenium toxicity are possible with long-term excessive doses.

Warnings

Calcium supplements may interfere with absorption of certain medications including levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, and fluoroquinolones; administer at different times. Monitor serum calcium and renal function in long-term use.

How it works

Calcium and vitamin D3 work synergistically to support bone mineralization and regulate calcium homeostasis. Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions. Zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium are essential trace minerals with roles in immune function, antioxidant enzymes, and connective tissue synthesis. Boron may support calcium and magnesium metabolism.

Store at room temperature between 15–30°C, protected from moisture and heat. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
