Uses

Combination nutritional supplement used to support joint health, cartilage integrity, and bone density. Indicated as an adjunct in osteoarthritis, osteoporosis prevention, and connective tissue support.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia, hypermagnesaemia, or hypersensitivity to any component. Use with caution in patients with nephrolithiasis or renal impairment.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, constipation, or diarrhoea, particularly at high doses. Vitamin E at high doses may have anticoagulant effects.

Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Patients on anticoagulants should consult their physician before use due to vitamin E content. Ensure adequate fluid intake to reduce nephrolithiasis risk.

How it works

Calcium and magnesium are essential minerals for bone matrix and muscle function. Collagen peptides provide structural substrates for cartilage and connective tissue repair. Vitamin C is necessary for collagen synthesis and is an antioxidant. Vitamin E is a lipid-soluble antioxidant that protects joint membranes from oxidative damage.
