Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to bromhexine or any component.

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, and headache may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with peptic ulcer disease or severe hepatic impairment.

Reduces mucus viscosity and promotes clearance of bronchial secretions.

Store at room temperature away from moisture.
