Uses
Combination antihypertensive used for management of high blood pressure.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in severe bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, certain heart blocks, anuria, and hypersensitivity.
Side effects
May cause dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, electrolyte disturbances, and increased urination.
Warnings
Monitor blood pressure, heart rate, kidney function, and electrolytes during therapy.
How it works
