Uses

This multimineral and vitamin combination is indicated as a dietary supplement to support bone health. It provides calcium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K1 for bone mineralization, along with magnesium, zinc, copper, and manganese as cofactors in bone matrix formation and metabolic processes.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, and severe renal impairment. Vitamin K1 may interfere with anticoagulant therapy (e.g., warfarin) and should be used cautiously in such patients.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. Possible adverse effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, and nausea particularly from calcium. Excessive intake may cause hypercalcemia or mineral imbalances.

Warnings

Patients taking anticoagulants should consult their physician before use due to vitamin K1 content. Avoid exceeding recommended doses. Adequate fluid intake is advised to reduce the risk of kidney stones with calcium supplementation.
