Used to temporarily restore alertness and reduce fatigue or drowsiness. Injectable forms may also be used in specific medical settings.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to caffeine and should not be used as a substitute for adequate sleep.

Nervousness, insomnia, irritability, tremor, and palpitations may occur.

Excessive caffeine intake may cause significant cardiovascular and nervous system effects.

Central nervous system stimulant that antagonizes adenosine receptors and promotes wakefulness.

Store at 15–30°C.
