Uses

Used for rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and other autoimmune disorders.

Do not use if

Severe infections, moderate to severe heart failure, or hypersensitivity to the drug.

Infusion reactions, infections, headache, and abdominal pain may occur.

Screen for tuberculosis and hepatitis before treatment.

Monoclonal antibody that binds and neutralizes tumor necrosis factor alpha.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C.
