Used for the treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ACE inhibitors, severe renal impairment, pregnancy, and history of angioedema.

Dizziness, headache, cough, ankle edema, hypotension, and electrolyte disturbances may occur.

Monitor renal function, potassium levels, and blood pressure regularly.

Combines a calcium channel blocker, a thiazide-like diuretic, and an ACE inhibitor to reduce blood pressure through complementary mechanisms.

Store at room temperature.
