Used in men with lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia, particularly when storage symptoms are present.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in urinary retention, severe gastrointestinal conditions, severe hepatic impairment, and hypersensitivity to the ingredients.

May cause dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, blurred vision, ejaculation disorders, and urinary retention.

Use cautiously in patients at risk of urinary retention, glaucoma, or orthostatic hypotension.

Combines a muscarinic receptor antagonist that reduces bladder overactivity with an alpha-1 blocker that relaxes the prostate and bladder neck.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
