Uses
Used for prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and postoperative nausea and vomiting.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to palonosetron or formulation components.
Side effects
May cause headache, constipation, dizziness, and fatigue.
Warnings
Monitor for hypersensitivity reactions and serotonin syndrome when combined with serotonergic drugs.
How it works
