Used for the treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure and reduce cardiovascular risk.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to components or sulfonamide-derived drugs, and with aliskiren in diabetic patients.

Dizziness, peripheral edema, headache, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, and urinary tract infection may occur.

May cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function, electrolytes, and blood pressure.

Combines a calcium channel blocker, angiotensin II receptor blocker, and thiazide diuretic for complementary blood pressure reduction.

Store at room temperature in original packaging.
