Treatment of adult patients with myelodysplastic syndromes including several risk categories and subtypes.
Do not use if
No specific absolute contraindications listed.
Side effects
Neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, fever, and infections are common.
Warnings
May cause severe myelosuppression and fetal harm. Regular blood count monitoring is required.
