Used during controlled ovarian stimulation to prevent premature luteinizing hormone surges in women undergoing assisted reproductive procedures.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to cetrorelix, GnRH analogs, or formulation components.

Common effects include injection-site reactions, headache, nausea, and abdominal discomfort. Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome may occur.

Treatment should be supervised by fertility specialists. Pregnancy should be excluded before starting therapy.

A GnRH antagonist that suppresses pituitary release of LH and FSH, preventing premature ovulation.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C in the original carton and protect from light.
