Uses

Used for susceptible skin, intra-abdominal, gynecological, and other bacterial infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with serious hypersensitivity to beta-lactam antibiotics.

Diarrhea, rash, injection-site reactions, nausea, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Serious allergic reactions including anaphylaxis may occur.

Ampicillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, while sulbactam inhibits beta-lactamases.

Store powder below 30°C before reconstitution.
