Uses

Osmotic laxative used for constipation and bowel cleansing before procedures.

Do not use if

Intestinal obstruction, perforation, or severe inflammatory bowel disease.

Diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, or nausea.

Maintain adequate fluid intake during treatment.

Retains water in the intestinal lumen, softening stools and promoting bowel movements.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
