Uses

Antifungal used for candidiasis, cryptococcal infections, and other susceptible fungal infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to fluconazole and certain interacting medications.

Nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, and liver enzyme elevations may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with liver disease due to risk of serious hepatic toxicity.

Triazole antifungal that inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis and disrupts cell membrane formation.

Store at room temperature.
